Anyone can trigger it. Nobody can stop it.
Payouts are permissionless and keeper-incentivized, not magic. A transaction is still needed after each date, but any wallet can send it, and the payer never has to come back.

Dated milestones
Lock USDC across up to 6 specific dates. Each milestone unlocks and pays out on its own, all on-chain.
Permissionless release
After the date passes, any wallet can trigger the payout: the recipient, the payer, a keeper bot or a stranger. The money can only go to the recipient.
Keeper tips
The payer can add a small tip per milestone, funded upfront on top of the payment. Whoever triggers the release earns it, so keeper bots have a reason to show up. The recipient always gets the full amount.
Arc-native
Runs on Arc, where USDC is the gas token: stable fees and sub-second finality. Optionally attach an Arc Memo reference to any schedule.
