How it works

1

Lock USDC

Approve and transfer USDC into the contract with your milestones and dates.

2

Wait

Funds are locked on-chain. Nobody can claw them back (unless a cancel window is still open).

3

Date passes

Once a milestone date is reached, the payout becomes releasable by anyone.

4

Anyone releases

Any wallet calls release. The recipient gets the USDC; the caller gets the keeper tip (if set).

Dueline — Arc testnet only. Test USDC, no real funds. Unaudited.
